  • How to place an order?

    To place an order you must follow these steps:
    1. Add the item to the cart: choose the correct size and add it to the cart. When you have chosen all the desired items, go to the cart.
    2. Choose the ordering country and type of delivery: Specify the country of delivery and choose the most convenient delivery method for you (Omniva parcel machine, DPD courier, pick up in the store in Riga).
    Do not forget to indicate the correct address of the parcel machine.
    3. Measurements: We recommend leaving your measurements (height, weight) in the comment section. So that we can make sure that the selected product will suit you.
    4. Click "Make a Purchase": and proceed to the next step.
    5. Fill in the contact information: Specify your email address and your phone number. If you chose parcel delivery, the delivery address will already be specified.
    6.  Enter discount code: If you have a discount code available, enter it before moving to the payment page.
    7. Complete the payment: Click "Checkout" and complete the payment. After payment, we will start processing your order. We process ONLY paid orders.
    8. Order created: You will receive information about the order and its delivery status by e-mail.

  • How long does it take to process my order?

    We process orders every day. Also on weekends and holidays.
    The product is in stock:
    Delivery time is between 1-3 working days. Depends on the type of delivery.
    If the payment has been made before 12:00, the order will be shipped on the same day.
    If the payment for the order is received later, it is processed the following day.
    Product "pre order":
    Note that orders that contain products with the status "pre-order" will be processed within 10 working days.
    Because these items are not in our warehouse and are shipped from the supplier.
    When the order is shipped - you will receive an SMS confirmation that we have handed over the order for delivery.

  • What are the available payment methods?

    Making the payment on KOKOS website is very easy. 
    Once you have selected the product you like and filled in all the contact information in the cart, you must select PaySera as the payment method.
    PaySera is a cooperation partner of KOKOS store, through which secure payments are made with local (Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Luminor) and foreign banks.

  • How do I know if the payment has been successful?

    After receiving the payment, we always send a confirmation SMS or e-mail that your payment has been received and we start processing the order.
    From foreign banks, the payment may arrive later, one or two days after completing the payment. 
    In case you did not receive a message within 2 days after placing the order - Contact us by phone +371 29999050 or write us an e-mail at info@kokoshop.eu.

  • How to cancel an order?

    Made an order, but changed your mind? Don't worry, the order can be canceled. 
    If no payment was made:
    We process ONLY paid orders. Orders without payment are canceled after 2 working days. No additional cancellation will be required.
    If you have made the payment:
    To cancel an already paid order, you will need to contact us. 
    Since we process orders on the same day, there is a good chance that we have already sent your order.
    If the order has been sent out, you will receive an SMS confirmation.

  • Is it possible to place an order without registering on the website?

    Yes, of course, it is possible to place orders on our website without registration. Choose the desired item, put it in the cart and fill in all the necessary info.

  • Is it possible to place an order by phone?

    We accept only orders placed on the website.
    But if you need assistance, we will be happy to help you choose the correct size and complete all the necessary steps for purchase.

  • Where can I enter a discount code or gift card number?

    If you want to use a discount code or a unique gift card code, you will need to enter it in step 3 of your order.
    The code must be entered before payment has been made. In a box specially designed for this.
