  • How do I track my order?

    After placing the order, a copy of the order will come to the specified e-mail.
    Once we have sent your package, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS.
    The email will include a tracking number.

  • Can I pick up an order in the KOKOS store?

    Yes, of course. Orders can also be picked up in our store at Riga, Jezusbaznicas street 7, LV-1050, entrance from the backyard.                                    
    How to receive my order in store?:                                    
    When placing the order, make sure to mark the type of delivery as "Store in Riga"                                    
    You will be able to receive parcels on the SAME DAY if the payment is made before 12:00.                                    
    Wait for the confirmation SMS and you can pick up your order.

    IMPORTANT! You have 30 days to collect any order you wish to pick up in store. If your order is not collected in-store within 30 days, it will be cancelled.

    Working days: 10:00 - 20:00                                    
    Saturday: 10:00 - 19:00                                    
    Sunday: 10:00 - 17:00

  • How to receive an order in Latvia?

    In Latvia, it is possible to receive goods in several ways. We cooperate with various delivery services so that it is as convenient for you to receive your parcel as possible!                                     
    Delivery of orders is provided by suppliers such as DPD, Omniva, and EMS service.                                    
                                        
    Pick up at STORE in Riga:                                    
    When placing the order, make sure to mark the type of delivery as "Store in Riga"

    After entering the door code into the parcel machine, the door containing your package will open.                                    
    If you do not pick up the parcel from the parcel machine within seven days, it returns to the sender of the goods.                                    
                                        
    Price of delivery: 3.99 EUR                                    
    For orders over 50 EUR, the service is FREE of charge.                                    
    Delivery time: 1-3 working days (if the product is in the store) since placing the order.                                    
    If the product is on "pre-order", delivery will be up to 10 working days.

    Dpd courier can deliver the ordered goods to your home, workplace, and other address of your choice.                                    
    The courier delivers your ordered goods to a place and time convenient for you, contacting you by phone in advance.                                    
    Price of delivery: 5.99 EUR                                    
    For orders over 120 EUR, the service is FREE of charge.                                    
    Delivery time: 1-3 working days (if the product is in the store) since placing the order.                                    
    If the product is on "pre-order", delivery will be Up to 10 working days.                                    
                                        
    DPD PICKUP parcel machines:                                    
    You can receive your order in one of the DPD Pickup parcel machines.                                    
    Service cost: 3.99 EUR                                    
    For orders over 50 EUR, the service is FREE of charge.                                    
    Delivery time: 1-3 working days (if the product is in the store) since placing the order.                                    
    If the product is on "pre-order", delivery will be Up to 10 working days.

    Delivery time: 4-9 working days (if the product is in the store) since placing the order.
    FREE DELIVERY: For orders over 120 Eur delivery by DPD courier in European countries is free of charge.

  • Worldwide shipping!

    If you are not from Europe, it's ok. Because we deliver the goods to ALL countries in the world.
    When placing an order, specify your country and, as a delivery method, choose an EMS courier company.


    Express Mail Service (EMS)
    Service cost in other countries: 16.95 EUR
    Delivery time: 8-15 working days (if the product is in the store) since placing the order.
    FREE DELIVERY: For orders over 200 Eur delivery is free of charge.

  • How can I change the omniva parcel machine address?

    Incorrectly specified parcel address? Not a problem - it happens! We will be happy to change the address of the parcel machine so that you can receive the order at the most convenient place
    What needs to be done: Contact us by phone +371 29999050, or write us an e-mail at info@kokoshop.eu.
    But if you have already received an SMS message that the order has been delivered to the courier, then we will no longer be able to make changes.

  • Is it possible to pay for the order upon receiving?

    No, unfortunately, we do not offer post-payment of orders. ONLY paid orders are processed. As well as, we do not postpone goods until payment is received. If you want to pay in cash, we will be waiting for you in our store - Riga, Jezusbaznicas street 7, LV-1050.
